ABOUT
My name is Phil and I have been a massage therapist since 2015 after graduating from Lenoir Community College in Kinston, NC. Having a lifelong interest in health, anatomy and healing, I found massage therapy to be my calling. I provide customized therapeutic massages for relaxation, pain relief, and other health concerns in a nurturing, supportive atmosphere. Each session is collaboratively designed to meet your individual needs. Typical massages focus on muscle groups located in the back, arms, neck, hips, and legs. I commonly assist clients with shoulder and neck tension to alleviate daily soreness, as well as relieve general tension associated with stress. A few of my personal interests include running, cycling, and weight-lifting; I feel these interests provide me with a greater understanding of the muscular system, and also injuries that may be related to these activities. Reasons to seek a therapeutic massage may include uncomfortable tension from daily job responsibilities, a pulled muscle from extra-curricular activities, chronic soreness related to a health condition, or simply the need to relax and unwind in a calming environment. Whatever your reasoning, I am prepared to help and look forward to offering a restorative experience.

Sports Massage
Bodywork geared toward participants in athletics. Sports massage is used to help prevent injuries, to prepare the body for athletic activity and maintain it in optimal condition, and to help athletes recover from workouts and injuries.
